My partner was the one present but he said Noah's Ark Staff were really thorough, informative and helpful. We had an inspection today after finding piles of wood rot/sawdust that might have come from termites/ants at the base of a wall where there has been a leak. They advised us that we don't currently have termites or wood eating ants present but that we have in the past, gave advice on what we can do to make them less likely to infest our house and advised on the cost of a treatment for later on because we have some renovations to do to the foundations of our house which makes it not worthwhile at the moment. They were fantastic, we appreciate their honest and knowledgeable advice and we will definitely go through them for any treatments or future pest issues after such a great experience. ~ All M

The technician who came to my home was not only punctual but also remarkably friendly and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the entire process, answering all my questions and alleviating any concerns. Their expertise was evident, and I felt confident in their ability to handle the situation. I really appreciated that he took great care to ensure the cleanliness of my ceiling, carpet and walls. The placement of rat poison in my roof was done efficiently, and I appreciate the thoroughness with which the technician assessed the issue. Noah’s Ark did a pre-purchase pest and termite inspection for me in February 2025. From start to finish their work was faultless. Emma explained the process in a clear and transparent way so I knew exactly what was being done and why. The work was done and I was given an oral report on the same day followed up by a thorough and accessible written report early the next day. The written report was a detailed assessment of both present and, to the extent possible, future risks. It covered every facet of the house, and included photos of relevant areas. I rang Noah's Ark pest control & spoke to Emma about a Termite problem that I had at my property. I must say I was very impressed with Emma's high level of professionalism & knowledge, she was very friendly to talk to and explained everything in detail and answered all my questions. Wow, where do I start with this exceptional service. We have been dealing with possum since March and upon hearing them initially we unfortunately called another company that we’re extremely unprofessional and just gave us a Bunnings cage with an apple and left. 4 months later no possum was caught and we started hearing multiple possums so we decided to call Noah’s Ark Pest Control. On the first visit, we were introduced to Kaleb who asked us all the questions about the noises, habits and gave us great comfort on how he can assist in catching the possum. He then proceeded to cover all the entry points with one door exits at one of the entry points. After this, we were possum free. Kaleb then came back a week later and sealed up the one way door. If you are looking for pest control please ensure you don’t use anyone else but Noah’s Ark Pest Control - they are reputable, certified and provide and incomparable service. We had a great experience with Noah's Ark! Getting a quote and booking the job could not have been easier and the cost was very reasonable, especially compared with some of the other big pest control companies who quoted us. The expert who came out to deal with the European wasp nest in our yard was friendly, professional and super knowledgeable! The job was completed almost a week ago and we have not seen a single wasp since. Best customer service I have received in a very long time! From the first point of contact where Emma who made the appointment was extremely informative/knowledgeable and helpful in making the appointment to the actual inspection. Simon was very efficient and thorough with the inspection. Spending time at the start to explain everything about termites which was fantastic given my knowledge was limited. I found (what I thought) to be evidence of termites in our back yard on a weekend and an inspection was quickly arranged by the lovely Emma for the following Tuesday. Called Noah’s Ark Pest Control with a pest problem on Thursday and spoke to Emma who was very informative and concerned about our situation. We managed to get an appointment on Monday afternoon with one of their technicians. Kaleb arrived within the slotted time frame and was very thorough, he set up bait stations in the ceiling & subfloor and other areas of activity. Both reception and specialist were very professional and friendly. Reasonable price for inspection and chemical barrier. Cheaper than the private business I've found. They do the barrier around the house plus subfloor while a lot companies do subfloor only and charge thousands for that. I'm a glad that I've found Noah's Ark.
